Procurement/ Installation Coordinator

Our operations team is responsible for processing and fulfilling our orders, with the passion and energy to create a unique experience for our customers. We add value to our customers by providing high quality products, installation expertise, and speedy fulfillment. Most importantly, our representatives provide our customers with our secret sauce: high-class service. They have enduring energy, great phone skills, and an acute awareness to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review sales orders for accuracy
  • Create, submit, and confirm purchase orders with vendors
  • Manage communication with all suppliers to ensure material availability and timely delivery
  • Effectively communicate with internal sales representatives on order statuses
  • Act as a coordinator between sales representatives, vendors, warehouse manager, and customers
  • Address customer questions and concerns
  • Review work orders and determine the right installer for each project
  • Schedule installations with customers and explain
  • Assist accounting office with installer payroll
  • Assist warehouse manager with managing stock inventory levels
  • Use industry specific ERP system to ensure accurate and up to date records

Experience: 

  • Demonstration of effective communication skills 
  • 1-2 years of customer service, purchasing, or industry experience required.
  • General construction/ home restoration knowledge 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university (preferred) 

Training: 

  • 4-8 week on the job training depending on industry experience
